A few years forward, God opened a door for me to serve on staff in a youth camp ministry. After spending time meeting and talking with hundreds of fellow youth pastors – it was evident that the struggles I had faced with low-ministry budgets and desire to reach the next generation was common. Our ministry received many requests to parcel out our youth event resources – some only needing a worship band, others looking for specific curriculum or even needing to recruit some trusted college-age small group leaders. At that time – our ministry was not able to provide parts and pieces and I really felt God stirring a desire within me to help create resources that could meet these needs.
A few years ago, one of my first ministry jobs was the infamous youth pastor position at an awesome, but low-budget local church. The youth pastor salary was in the part-time income range and our youth ministry budget was nothing more than a dream. Tasked with planning youth events, I found myself having to leverage every free resource I could get my hands on…as you can only imagine and maybe have even experienced, this was really, really hard.

In 2017, God led me back to my hometown of Memphis, TN to work for Visible Music College. Hired to help run their camps and conference ministry, we were able to launch Visible Impact.
Visible Music College has a desire to leverage our ministry resources for Kingdom IMPACT. We work with a variety of industry professionals who are helping to educate and train college students who desire to serve the Lord in full time music ministry. Visible has access to incredible bands and speakers as well as a deep knowledge of stage production and cultivated professional relationships. Our desire as Visible Impact is to provide the local church the affordable tools needed to produce their next event. We want to meet you at your budget level and together, develop a strategy to pull off life-impacting ministry!
